SUSTAINABLE INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT

SUSTAINABLE INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT

WHAT WE OFFER

TIRHANI CONSTRUCTION is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tirhani Group Holdings (TGH). Tirhani Construction was founded in 2008 as a multi-disciplinary black-owned and black-managed company operating in the civil engineering and construction sector. Tirhani Construction’s predecessors have had a long involvement in the construction sector dating back to 1995 when Tirhani Mabunda established Lowveld Multi-Projects (LMP); a company specializing in earthworks and water pipelines. LMP’s name was changed to Xihluke Construction in 2000. Xihluke partnered with Basil Read to form BR Tsima Construction in 2003. After orchestrating one of the first successful Black Economic Empowered construction companies in the “New South Africa”, TGH sold its stake in BR Tsima during 2007 and re-enter the market as Tirhani Construction an entirely black owned and managed construction company.

Tirhani Construction offers construction and project management services across the following broad construction sub-sectors:

Civil Engineering
Private & Public Infrastructure
Property & Housing Developments
Plant & Logistics

TIRHANI CONSTRUCTION has assembled a team of competent and experienced professionals with a combined experience of over eighty (80) years in construction and project management services across the company’s areas of specialization.
